As explained in the header of this forum, the terms, conditions, and format will be taken into the highest priority. Therefore in your application, you have invalidated the format three times. For one you applied to Admin/Head Admin, when that rank was not given  in the list. As well as that rank being taken. Two you didn't put you qualification whether you didn't have any or forgot that should still be in your application. If your error to put it is because you don't have any(qualifications) there should still be a N/A by the section. Three You skipped the hours playes which is primarily needed to indicate how much time you'll spend dedicate to the served. Unfortunately your application has been denied due to those errors.
